Raised to 8.7 Magnitude
USGS has raised the earthquake magnitude from 8.2 to 8.7. it is getting close to last time’s earthquake. No major tsunami has been detected.

p/s the high time of tsunami is believed to have passed and a big tsunami is not likely to happend said Pacific Tsunami Warning Center
